MINDFULNESS, HOPE AND COMPASSION: A LEADER’S ROAD MAP TO RENEWAL

How does a leader quell the everyday, inner conflicts caused by the heavy responsibility, the need for constant self-control and the inevitable crises - and still remain an effective leader?
